Terms of Use

TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd is an experimental, early-stage beta platform. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Features may break or behave unexpectedly
• The platform is subject to bugs, errors, and downtime
• Data loss or corruption may occur
• The service may change significantly without notice
• We are learning and iterating rapidly

In exchange for accepting these risks, you receive early access and potential future perks as the platform evolves.

We provide TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Service availability or uptime
• Reliability or stability
• Performance or speed
• Data backup or recovery
• Continuity of Rithmic background connections — connections may drop due to network conditions, upstream Rithmic availability, or server restarts

The platform may experience outages, maintenance periods, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment service.

• No content on TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice
• All trading activity shared on the platform is for educational and informational purposes only
• Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions
• Past performance shared by traders does not guarantee future results
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Verified Trader badges and performance analytics reflect historical execution data only and are not predictive of future performance

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

TNA supports two methods of account registration and sign-in:

• Email & Password: You may register directly with an email address and password. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• Google OAuth: You may sign in using your Google account. TNA receives your Google email and display name only — your Google password is never shared with or stored by TNA

Each registration method is independent. You may not merge accounts registered under different methods. Email addresses must be unique — one email may only be associated with one account.

Email verification is required before subscribing to any paid tier. Accounts using Google OAuth are considered email-verified by virtue of Google's own verification.

TNA offers three subscription tiers with distinct feature sets:

• Viewer ($12.99/month): Enhanced viewing features for learners — access to advanced trader analytics, trade journal viewing, live trading stats table, and shorter live delay
• Trader ($49.99/month): Full trading toolkit — livestreaming, Rithmic connection (multi-account, background capture), advanced journaling, statistical analysis, leaderboard access, and chat moderation tools
• Bundle ($89.99/month): All Viewer and Trader features combined, plus Fusion Traders room access, priority support, and early feature access

In addition to these three platform tiers, TNA offers per-trader subscriptions as a separate, standalone add-on — see "Per-Trader Subscriptions" below.

Per-trader subscriptions let any registered user subscribe directly to an individual trader, separate from and in addition to the platform tiers above.

• Price: $5.99/month per trader (subject to change)
• Access Granted: An active per-trader subscription gives you access to that trader's VIP Room livestreams and, where applicable, their Live Coaching and Mentor-Protégé Fusion sessions as a participant
• Analytics Not Included: Viewing that trader's full trading analytics and stats separately requires a Viewer or Bundle platform tier — a per-trader subscription alone does not unlock analytics
• Billing: Per-trader subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through the same payment provider (Stripe) as platform subscriptions, and are managed through the same billing portal
• Independent of Platform Tier: Cancelling or changing your platform subscription tier does not affect your per-trader subscriptions, and vice versa

Traders may designate an individual livestream as a "VIP Room" when going live. By using or viewing VIP Room streams, you agree that:

• VIP Room streams are only accessible to users with an active per-trader subscription to that specific trader
• Non-subscribers will see a prompt to subscribe rather than the stream content
• VIP Room streams are clearly labeled as such in feed views

TNA offers a one-month free trial for new subscribers. Trial terms:

• Each user is entitled to one free trial only, regardless of which tier they select
• If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged
• After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate
• Trial eligibility is determined by email address — creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited

Subscription billing terms:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After multiple failures, your subscription may be suspended
• Price Changes: Founding member pricing is locked for life. Standard pricing may change with 30 days notice to non-founding members

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your profile
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• Founding member pricing is lost upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated if you resubscribe later

Refunds:

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests within 7 days of initial subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time

To subscribe to TNA, you must:

• Have a verified email address
• Complete your profile with a unique username
• Provide accurate billing information
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

Email addresses must be unique — each may only be associated with one account.

Traders with an active Trader or Bundle subscription may connect Rithmic trading accounts to TNA. By doing so, you agree to the following:

• Background Capture: TNA maintains a persistent background connection to your Rithmic account(s) and captures all trade executions automatically — regardless of whether you are actively streaming
• Immutable Records: Trade execution records stored by TNA are permanent and cannot be deleted or altered. Only personal annotations (sentiment and notes) may be edited. This immutability is enforced at the database level and is intentional — it ensures the integrity of your verified performance record
• Multi-Account Support: You may connect multiple Rithmic accounts. Each account maintains its own independent connection, history, and statistics
• Account Archiving: Archiving is the only way to disconnect a Rithmic account — there is no separate delete option. Archiving is one-way and immediately and permanently deletes your stored Rithmic credentials (username, password, system name, gateway, account ID) for that account, so no further connection or trade capture is possible. The account's display name and historical trade data are preserved permanently so your journal stays attributable
• Credential Security: Your Rithmic credentials are encrypted using AES-256 and are never transmitted to the client or returned via API
• Display Modes: During streams, you may configure how your account statistics are displayed: Auto (follows most recently active account), Pinned (locks to one account), or Combined (merges all accounts). This affects display only — all account data is always captured
• Verified Trader Badge: A Verified Trader badge is awarded automatically upon reaching 30 unique trading days confirmed through connected Rithmic accounts. This badge reflects verified execution history and does not constitute endorsement of trading ability or future performance

TNA is not affiliated with Rithmic LLC. Use of the Rithmic integration is subject to your agreement with your brokerage and Rithmic's own terms of service.

Fusion Traders is a collaborative streaming feature available to Bundle subscribers. It allows up to six traders to merge their live sessions into a single combined view, across five session types: Classic Merge (up to 6 traders), Trade Battle (2, head-to-head framing), Strategy Face Room (2, stacked layout), Live Coaching Room (2, mentor-led), and Mentor-Protégé Room (2, student-focused). By participating in a Fusion session, you agree that:

• Your real-time trading statistics and trade data will be visible to viewers of the combined Fusion stream
• Your chat messages will be displayed alongside other participating traders' messages, attributed by trader
• Participation requires explicit acceptance of a Fusion invite — you will not be included without your consent
• Each trader retains independent control over their own account display mode within the Fusion view
• Voice Communication: Fusion sessions use direct microphone access to enable real-time voice communication between participants. A mute control is available at all times. Before your first use of Fusion invites, you will be shown a consent screen explaining this and must acknowledge it
• Session Timeout: A Fusion session ends automatically if no participant has any trading activity for 2 consecutive hours
• Live Coaching and Mentor-Protégé sessions additionally require the student/protégé to hold an active per-trader subscription to the mentor — see "Per-Trader Subscriptions" below
• The same content ownership, accuracy, and conduct rules that apply to individual streams apply to Fusion sessions

Stream owners may generate time-limited, read-only preview links to share a live stream with external reviewers without requiring account creation. By using preview links:

• Preview links grant temporary, read-only viewing access to the associated stream
• Preview link access is logged
• Preview links expire automatically and cannot be used after their expiry date
• Preview links may not be shared publicly or used to circumvent subscription requirements at scale

TNA World is an integrated section of TNA that provides curated information about prop trading firms, brokers, trading tools, and educational resources.

• Affiliate Relationships: TNA World contains affiliate links to third-party companies. When you use these links to sign up or make purchases, TNA may earn a referral commission. This does not affect the price you pay
• No Endorsement: Listings on TNA World do not constitute endorsements. Prop firm reviews, broker comparisons, and tool recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own due diligence before using any third-party service
• Discount Codes: Discount codes and promotional offers shown on TNA World are provided by third-party partners. TNA does not guarantee that these codes will remain valid or accurate, as they may be modified or withdrawn by the respective companies without notice
• Third-Party Terms: Your use of any third-party service accessed through TNA World is governed by that service's own terms and conditions. TNA is not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party service provider
• Risk Acknowledgment: Prop firm evaluations and funded trading programs carry their own risks. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee funded account approval, and funded accounts may have specific rules, profit targets, and drawdown limits that differ from what is displayed on TNA World
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive to keep TNA World content current, pricing, account sizes, evaluation rules, and other details may change without notice. Always verify current terms directly with the respective company

By using TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information including accurate Rithmic credentials if connecting a trading account
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Not share misleading or fraudulent trading information
• Respect other users and maintain civil discourse
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not attempt to compromise platform security
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Not attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or circumvent the immutable trade ledger
• Only connect Rithmic accounts that you are personally authorized to use

All live streams broadcast via TNA must comply with the following requirements:

• Public or Unlisted: YouTube live streams may be set to either "Public" or "Unlisted" privacy mode
• Private Streams Not Permitted: Private YouTube streams cannot be embedded and will be automatically rejected
• Embedding Required: Video embedding must be enabled in your YouTube settings

Public streaming on TNA: Traders with existing YouTube audiences are encouraged to stream publicly — your TNA session becomes the home for live trading context, community, and analytics while YouTube handles your broader audience reach. This is by design.

Enforcement: TNA automatically verifies stream privacy status upon submission and continuously monitors active streams. Streams set to Private will be rejected. If a stream's privacy status changes to Private during broadcast, it will be immediately unpublished from TNA.

External Promotion: Traders are encouraged to promote their streams externally through:

• Clips and highlights
• Trailers and snippets
• YouTube Shorts
• Redirect links back to TNA

All promotional content should direct viewers to TNA for live stream access.

You retain ownership of content you post on TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd (posts, chat messages, trading data, livestream metadata). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on the platform
• Store, process, and cache your content to operate the service
• Make your public content visible to other users
• Distribute your content through our platform infrastructure

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to post the content you share
• Your content doesn't violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content doesn't violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Trading information you share is your own or properly attributed
• Rithmic credentials you provide belong to accounts you are personally authorized to use

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

• Remove or modify content that violates these terms
• Remove content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Remove content that contains spam or commercial solicitation
• Moderate or remove abusive, harassing, or threatening content

We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any content, opinions, or trading strategies shared by users.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding trading information or strategies shared on the platform
• Warranties regarding the continuity, completeness, or accuracy of trade data captured via Rithmic or any other integration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd, its operators, affiliates, and service providers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages arising from your use of the platform
• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for trading losses, investment decisions, data loss, business interruption, or other financial harm
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missed trade captures due to dropped Rithmic connections, server restarts, or upstream data provider issues
• Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to use TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater
• You use the platform AT YOUR OWN RISK and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, that:

• Violate these terms of use or our privacy policy
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Attempt to compromise platform security or integrity
• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading trading information
• Engage in spam, commercial solicitation, or manipulation
• Use the platform for unauthorized purposes or access
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the Financial Identity Ledger

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Your content may be deleted or remain visible (at our discretion)
• Trade records stored in the Financial Identity Ledger are permanently retained regardless of account status
• You remain bound by sections of these terms that survive termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us at tna@tna.live. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to users.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd shall be:

• Resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California
• You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts
• Subject to arbitration if both parties agree

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the platform
• Trading decisions you make based on platform content
• Unauthorized use of Rithmic or other third-party credentials through TNA
