TNA integrates with Rithmic to capture live trade execution data from connected user accounts. The following apply:

• Data Completeness: TNA captures trade data in real time via a persistent WebSocket connection. Trades executed during periods of connection loss (due to network interruptions, server restarts, or upstream Rithmic issues) may not be captured. TNA does not guarantee a complete or uninterrupted trade record
• Data Accuracy: Trade execution data is received directly from Rithmic and displayed as received. TNA does not independently verify, adjust, or audit this data
• Prop Firm Accounts: Many users connect prop firm evaluation or funded accounts. The prop firm name shown on TNA is for display identification only and plays no role in the technical connection to Rithmic. The Rithmic system name and gateway are the operative connection parameters
• Multi-Account Display Modes: Stream display modes (Auto, Pinned, Combined) affect how trade statistics are presented to viewers during a livestream. They do not affect what data is captured or stored — all connected accounts are always captured regardless of display mode
• Account Archiving: Archived accounts are hidden from active analytics views but their historical trade data is retained permanently. Archiving does not delete any data
• No Affiliation with Rithmic: TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Rithmic LLC or any of its subsidiaries

The Verified Trader badge is awarded automatically to users who have accumulated 30 or more unique trading days as confirmed through connected Rithmic accounts. This badge:

• Reflects verified trade execution activity only — it does not reflect profitability, skill level, or consistency
• Is not an endorsement by TNA of the trader's abilities, strategy, or suitability as a trading mentor or signal provider
• Does not constitute any form of professional certification or regulatory approval
• Should not be interpreted by viewers as a guarantee of future trading success or as a basis for investment decisions

Fusion Traders is a collaborative streaming feature that merges up to six traders' live sessions into a combined view. The following apply:

• Combined statistics shown in Fusion streams represent the independent performance of each individual trader — they do not represent a jointly managed account, investment pool, or coordinated trading strategy
• TNA does not verify coordination, communication, or any relationship between traders in a Fusion session beyond their mutual consent to participate
• Viewers should not interpret Fusion stream statistics as the performance of a single unified entity or as a basis for copy trading or investment decisions
• Voice Communication: Fusion sessions use direct microphone access for real-time voice communication between participants. TNA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free voice connectivity — audio may be affected by network conditions, browser permissions, or third-party service availability
• Mentor Designation: In Live Coaching and Mentor-Protégé sessions, being designated "mentor" is a role selected by the session host — it is not a certification, qualification, or endorsement by TNA of that trader's coaching or teaching ability
• Session Notes: Notes and annotations added within Fusion sessions (Key Notes, Indicators Used, Strategy, Strategy Revised, Protégé Notes) are user-generated content. TNA does not verify their accuracy and they do not constitute advice

Per-trader subscriptions are a standalone add-on separate from TNA's platform subscription tiers. By subscribing to an individual trader, you acknowledge that:

• Subscribing to a trader does not guarantee any particular level of mentorship, coaching quality, responsiveness, or trading outcome
• A per-trader subscription pays for access to that trader's gated content (VIP Room streams, Live Coaching, and Mentor-Protégé sessions where applicable) — it is not financial advice, an investment product, or a guarantee of results
• TNA does not vet, certify, or endorse the trading or coaching ability of any trader offering a per-trader subscription

TNA Traders Networking Allegiance Ltd hosts user-generated content including trading ideas, analysis, and commentary. We do not:

• Traders may stream publicly to grow their YouTube audience while simultaneously broadcasting on TNA
• Traders remain responsible for their YouTube account settings and compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service

TNA is not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or policy enforcement. Traders are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
